Vision Day Consultant Request for Proposals

The Neighborhood Resource Center and Virginia Local Initiatives Support Corporation are seeking a facilitation/planning firm to facilitate a quality of life planning process and produce a dynamic written plan for the Greater Fulton neighborhood located in the east end of Richmond, VA. The consultant will work with a neighborhood planning team to define a shared vision for the Greater Fulton community that includes all aspects of life such as affordable housing, safety, culture, parks, health care, child care, education and economic development.
