Set up a time to meet with one of our excellent volunteers to get started.

Tae Kwon Do
Adults & Youth (Ages 8 and up)
Taught by a black belt, people ages 6 to 46 are learning to kick, punch and block, while having a great time. Tae Kwon Do is a martial art which helps develop basic self-defense skills, discipline, coordination and confidence. Kids that show up at least six times get a uniform. Learn at your own pace, in a cooperative, non-competitive learning environment. New students are always welcome! View calendar »
